As expected, the Syrian government, the side targeted with the Security Council resolution 2139, hasn’t implemented any of the items of the resolution, the same way it did with the presidential statement on October, 2, 2013. The Syrian government continued its military operations and bombing using barrel bombs through military jets which are only owned by the regime, in addition to using rockets and continuing the arrest of people, torture of prisoners, siege and starving civilians.
