Statement: Government forces killed 206 civilians including 32 children, 24 ladies and 44 tortured to death during the four-days of Peace conference

For the four-day of Geneva II peace conference bloodshed in Syria didn't stop, Government Forces continued committing shelling on residential buildings by missiles and dropping barrel bombs, and Security forces continued torturing detainees in detention centers for a moment.

SNHR has documented within those three days of Geneva II conference the killing of 206 civilians, including 32 children, 24 women, and 44 victims have been tortured to death, the proportion of women and children is 28% of the victims, which is a very clear indication of the deliberate targeting of civilians.
SNHR demand International Community to apply real pressure that forcing Syrian Government to cease immediately shelling and torture.
