Description

At least 142 martyrs were killed today, mostly in Damasucs, Aleppo and Idlib. The fighting continues around Ma’aret an-Nu’man in Idlib province, where one of the regime’s helicopters was shot down. Many people were killed in an air strike on Kafaranbel while the Nour ash-Shahada mosque in Aleppo was bombed at prayer time. In case you have been wondering how Syrian pilots can keep dropping bombs on their own country continuously for several months now, the pilot captured near al-Bab says he was “just following orders” and told he was bombing “armed terrorist gangs.” See the map for more info.
