Description

At least 105 martyrs were killed today, mostly in Damascus, Aleppo and al-Houla. The Damascus suburb of Qudsaya remained under heavy attack, while house demolitions continued elsewhere in the capital. Since yesterday the regime has stepped up it’s attacks on Homs, they seem determined to annihilate the last resistance in Khaldiya, al-Qusour and the Old City. The FSA continues to make gains in Idlib province and Deir Ezzor city. Cross border shelling between Turkey and Syria has contnued for a 4th consecutive day. Meanwhile, Assad marked the anniversary of the start of the October 1973 war in which 3,500 Syrians died. In his own war on the Syrian people his forces have killed at least 10 times that number.
