Description

At least 120 martyrs were recorded today, mostly in the Damascus area where Assad’s forces committed new massacres in the suburbs of Qudsaya and Hameh, killing dozens. This was despite locals in Hameh sticking to a deal with the regime for safety in exchange for keeping the FSA out of the town. In the centre of the capital a car bomb exploded outside the Police HQ. Shells continue to land in Turkey, prompting a Turkish response for a 5th consecutive day. Meanwhile, in Qamishli they paid their respects to Mashaal Tammo, who was assassinated exactly 1 year ago.
