Description
At least 80 martyrs have been killed today by snipers, shells, helicopters and aircraft, including an unborn baby killed with his mother in the shelling of Tafas, Daraa province. Clashes briefly resumed in Damascus, this time in the city centre, while in Homs, Aleppo, Deir Ezzor and so many provincial towns and cities it is still war with all kinds of weapons being used. The destruction of homes is a devastating loss, but Syria’s cities have survived invasions by French, Turks, Mongols, Crusaders, Arabs, Persians, Romans, Greeks, Egyptians, etc… Certainly they will still be there when Assad is long forgotten.
