Syria Tracker has found that the women killed were significantly younger than the men—on average, about seven years younger. The average age (in years) for men is 26; for women, 19.

The main causes of deaths for women in Syria is as follows: 43% Bombing, 24% Gunshot wound, 11% Shot by Sniper, 7% Slaughtered, 4% Open wounds, 3% Bombardment aviation, 2% Lack access to treatment, 2% Bomb explosion, 1% Under torture, and 3% Other (tear gas, burn, suffocation, etc.).

Data indicate that UN Ceasefire didn't have much effect on the continued as you could, over the entire 18 months period, predict the behavior after the UN Ceasefire from the behave of killing in the period preceding that in all 14 provinces (statistically significant at the 0.009 level).
