What to say? Everyday for over a year it is the same. At least 50 martyrs have fallen today, many places including Homs, Hama, Damascus Countryside are under shelling, thousands of people are displaced etc. However, none of this surprises Syrians – we all knew what a criminal we have. What really surprises us is the way the world is dealing with our blood. In the first sign of positive action in weeks, the UK government says that the ship transporting refurbished Russian attack helicopters to Syria has been forced to turn back after the ship’s insurance was revoked (the ship’s owners used a British insurance company).
