Call for Proposals


We started in 2015 as 24CR a civil resistance against Extremism in the most dangerous areas in the world. We believed in our duty to protect local communities from radicalization and extremism. Our volunteers risked their lives in the past years in many fields. We were more known for our Media platforms on the web, but we also worked hard on the ground. We raised awareness, campaigns, protests and much more others resistance activities. We are especially proud of our classing rooms in the controlled areas of Daesh to teach kids and prevent them to join the fights.

After falling of Daesh as a military power we adapted our programs to be more able to continue our efforts to obliterate negative effects of extremism on the local communities. CEE (Communities Empowerment against Extremism) is the pioneer program and we are looking forward to being more open and cooperative with other partners.
