• قوات النظام السوري (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية).
• القوات الروسية.
• قوات الإدارة الذاتية (بشكل رئيس قوات حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي - فرع حزب العمال الكردستاني).
• التنظيمات الإسلامية المتشددة.
• فصائل المعارضة المسلحة.
• قوات التحالف الدولي.
• جهات أخرى.
