تلقَّينا -نحن المنظمات السورية الموقِّعة- ببالغ السخط والاستنكار نبأ تسليمِ الحكومة الروسية مجموعة من المعارضين السوريين نسخةً عن (الدستور السوري المكتوب من قبل الحكومة الروسية)، الأمر الذي نرى فيه تطاولاً على حقِّ الشعب السوري في صياغة دستور بلده ومستقبله، ويحمل في طياته سلوكاً ينمُّ عن ذهنيّة مُحتَلٍّ يفرِضُ إرادته ورؤيته على الشعوب المُحتَلة بطريقة تضرب عرض الحائط بقواعد السيادة الوطنيّة، والقانون الدولي، وبحقّ الشعوب في تقرير مصيرها.
