أولا: المقدمة
تتبع مدينة كفر نبل منطقة معرة النعمان في الريف الجنوبي لمحافظة إدلب، شارك سكان مدينة كفر نبل في الانتفاضة الشعبية التي اندلعت في آذار/ 2011، واقتحمت قوات النظام السوري المدينة في تموز/ 2011 ثم سيطرت فصائل المعارضة المسلحة على المدينة في آب/ 2012، يُقدَّر عدد سكان المدينة حالياً بما لايقل عن 50 ألف نسمة بينهم عدد كبير من نازحي محافظة حماة، وتخضع حالياً لسيطرة مشتركة بين فصائل المعارضة المسلحة وتنظيم جبهة فتح الشام.
وقد أصدرنا في أيار/ 2016 تقريراً وثقنا فيه استهداف قوات النظام السوري لسوق شعبي في المدينة.
