عبر عمليات التوثيق والمتابعة اليومية سجلنا في الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان ما لايقل عن 1373 حادثة اعتداء على منشآت حيوية مدنية، في عام 2016، توزعت حسب الجهة الفاعلة علی النحو التالي:
ألف: قوات النظام السوري (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية): 761
