تابعت منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري عن كثب التطورات الاخيرة والنقاشات حول قرار وقف إطلاق النار الموقع من قبل أطراف من المعارضة المسلحة والنظام السوري برعاية روسية تركية والمثبّت اخيراً بقرار مجلس الأمن الدولي رقم 2336.
ترحب منظمات المجتمع المدني السوري الموقعة على هذا البيان باي اتفاق جدي وَذَي مصداقية لوقف إطلاق النار لما يجنب شعبنا السوري الصامد المزيد من الدم والقتل والدمار على ان يكون اتفاق وقف إطلاق النار خطوة أولى نحو إطلاق عملية سياسية جدية تحقق آمال وتطلعات الشعب السوري بالحرية والعدل والكرامة.
