أولاً: المقدمة:
قام فريق الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان بتوثيق الخروقات التي ارتكبتها أطراف النزاع عند إقرار خطة النقاط الست للسيد كوفي عنان، في نيسان وأيار وحزيران من عام 2012، وذلك عبر تقارير يومية، قمنا بإرسال نسخ يومية منها إلى مكتب السيد كوفي عنان في جنيف، إلى أن ثبت فشلها، وبشكل رئيس نظراً لاستمرار النظام السوري بارتكاب ما هو أبعد من الخروقات، عبر انتهاكات ترقى إلى جرائم ضد الإنسانية وجرائم حرب، وقد وثقنا العديد من تلك الجرائم.
