أعلنَ النِّظام الروسي بالتَّنسيق مع النِّظام التركي عن عملية وقف إطلاق نار داخل أحياء مدينة حلب الخاضعة لسيطرة المعارضة المسلحة يوم الثلاثاء 13/كانون الأول/ 2016 ونصَّ الاتفاق على بدءِ إجلاء المدنيين والجرحى والمسلحين عبر معبر الراموسة إلى منطقة عقدة الرقة ومنها إلى ريف حلب الغربي، وأسفرَ هذا الاتفاق عن نَقلِ قرابة 11400 شخص، بينهم ما لايقل عن 350 مصاباً من أحياء حلب الشرقية، وذلك قبل أن يتم تعليق الاتفاق نتيجة للخروقات التي ارتكبتها قوات النظام السوري والميليشيات الموالية له، وكنَّا قد تحدّثنا عن ذلك ضمن تقرير وثقنا فيه تلك الخروقات.
