أولاً: المقدمة:
أدَّت العملية العسكرية التي شنَّها النِّظام السوري والميليشيات الأجنبية المتحالفة معه وبدعم من السلاح الجوي الروسي إلى السيطرة على 95% من أحياء حلب الشرقية؛ ما أدى إلى فرار أهلها وتشريدهم، وبقي قرابة 50 ألف مدني محاصر في أحياء الزبدية والسكري والمشهد والأنصاري وتل الزرازير وأجزاء من أحياء سيف الدولة وصلاح الدين والعامرية الواقعة تحت سيطرة فصائل المعارضة المسلحة، وقد سجلنا تعرُّضَ هذه الأحياء إلى قصف عنيف ومُمنهج باستخدام الصواريخ والقذائف والبراميل المتفجرة، ووقوع عدد كبير من الضحايا.
