عبر عمليات التوثيق والمتابعة اليومية سجلنا في الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان ما لايقل عن 208 حوادث اعتداء على منشآت حيوية مدنية، في تشرين الثاني 2016، توزعت حسب الجهة الفاعلة علی النحو التالي:
ألف: القوات الحكومية (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية): 126
باء: القوات الروسية: 55
تاء: التنظيمات الإسلامية المتشددة:
- تنظيم داعش: 2
ثاء: فصائل المعارضة المسلحة: 10
جيم: قوات الإدارة الذاتية (بشكل رئيس قوات حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي- فرع حزب العمال الكردستاني): 1
حاء: قوات التحالف الدولي: 8
خاء: جهات لم نتمكن من تحديدها: 6
