المقدمة والمنهجية:
تعتمد الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان منهجية عالية في التوثيق، عبر الروايات المباشرة لناجين أو لأهالي الضحايا، إضافة إلى عمليات تدقيق وتحليل الصور والفيديوهات وبعض التسجيلات الطبية، وبالرغم من ذلك لا ندَّعي أننا قمنا بتوثيق الحالات كافة، وذلك في ظل الحظر والملاحقة من قبل القوات الحكومية وبعض المجموعات المسلحة الأخرى.
