منذ انتهاء مدة بيان وقف الأعمال العدائية الثاني الإثنين 19/ أيلول/ 2016 لم تتوقف قوات النظام السوري والروسي يوماً واحداً عن قصف وتدمير أحياء حلب الشرقية، مرتكبةً مئات الانتهاكات التي ترقى إلى جرائم حرب، حيث استهدفت تلك الهجمات أحياء سكنية ومشافٍ ومدارس، بصورة فوضوية وأحياناً مُتعمَّدة، وإضافة إلى القصف عادت تلك الأحياء إلى وضعية الحصار الخانق مرة ثانية بعد أن تمكَّنت قوات النظام السوري بمساعدة قوات حزب الله اللبناني والميليشيات الإيرانية والعراقية الشيعية المقاتلة على الأرض من استعادة حي الراموسة الذي كانت قوات المعارضة السورية قد تمكَّنت عبره من
الوصول إلى أحياء حلب الشرقية، وقد سجلنا في ثلاثة تقارير موسَّعة تفاصيل أبرز الانتهاكات في تلك الفترة.
