مقدمة ومنهجية:
منذ خمس سنوات، وفي كل عام في ذكرى اليوم العالمي للقضاء على العنف ضد المرأة، تُصدر الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان تقريرها السنوي حول أبرز الانتهاكات بحق المرأة السورية، والأسوأ أنَّ هذه الانتهاكات تتصاعد عاماً بعد عام، منذ بداية الانتفاضة الشعبية حتى الآن، ولم تتعرَّض أية امرأة في العالم لحجم وكمية كثير من الانتهاكات التي تعرضت لها المرأة السورية خلال السنوات الست الماضية، فخسارة المجتمع السوري للمرأة على صعيد القتل هو الأسوأ في العالم، وعلى صعيد التعذيب داخل مراكز الاحتجاز أيضاً، وغير ذلك من أنماط الانتهاكات المنهجية بحق المرأة السورية.
