المقدمة والملخص التنفيذي:
أنشأت العديد من فصائل المعارضة المسلحة مراكز احتجاز تابعة لها، ويوثق تقرير الاعتقال التعسفي الشهري الدوري الصادر عن الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان، ارتكاب العديد من حالات الاعتقال التعسفي، التي يتحول قسم منها إلى اختفاء قسري، إثْرَ رفض الفصيل المسلح المعارض الاعتراف أو الكشف عن مصير المعتقلين لديه، وتحتوي مراكز الاحتجاز حالات على خلفيات جنائية، وحالات على خلفيات النزاع المسلح الداخلي الجاري منذ الإعلان عنه في أيار/ 2012، وقد تحدثنا عن أبرز مراكز الاحتجاز وأساليب التعذيب لدى فصائل في المعارضة السورية في دراسة موسعة بعنوان "في انتظار العدالة".
