Introduction and Methodology

There has been much talk recently about a political movement aims to delivering aids to the besieged regions in Syria, in preparation to lift the siege. On 21 January 2016, the General Secretary of the United Nations issued a periodic report about the situation in Syria, which contained a large number of fallacies and errors regarding the siege among other issues. (What is necessary to us here is to refute the issue of the siege imposed on the people, and we will criticize other errors in subsequent reports).
