الملخص التنفيذي
منذ بدء اتفاقية وقف الأعمال العدائية شهدت مختلف المحافظات السورية تراجعاً ملحوظاً وجيداً نسبياً، مقارنة مع الأشهر السابقة منذ آذار 2011 حتى الآن، والحديث بشكل رئيس عن المناطق الخاضعة لسيطرة المعارضة المسلحة؛ لأن بقية مناطق السيطرة كمناطق سيطرة حزب الاتحاد الديمقراطي الكردي ومناطق سيطرة النظام السوري لاتخضع للقصف الجوي الكثيف اليومي والذي يعتبر المتسبب الرئيس في قتل ما لايقل عن 60% من الضحايا، وتدمير المباني وتشريد أهلها.
