الملخص التنفيذي
وثقت الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان ما لايقل عن 40 مجزرة في شباط، توزعت على النحو التالي:
ألف: القوات الحكومية (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية): 13
باء: القوات الروسية: 21
تاء: التنظيمات الإسلامية المتشددة:
- تنظيم داعش (يطلق على نفسه اسم الدولة الإسلامية): 2
ثاء: فصائل المعارضة المسلحة: 3
جيم: جهات لم نتمكن من تحديدها: 1
