الملخص التنفيذي
خلال كانون الثاني وعبر عمليات التوثيق والمتابعة اليومية سجلنا في الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان ما لايقل عن 96 حادثة اعتداء على منشآت حيوية، توزعت حسب الجهة الفاعلة علی النحو التالي:
ألف: القوات الحكومية (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية): 34
باء: القوات الروسية: 44
تاء: التنظيمات الإسلامية المتشددة:
- تنظيم داعش:2
- جبهة النصرة: 1
