المقدمة
تتبع مدينة أريحا محافظة إدلب، وتقع إلى الجنوب من مدينة إدلب وإلى الشرق من مدينة جسر الشغور وإلى الشمال من مدينة معرة النعمان.
تخضع مدينة أريحا لسيطرة ما يُسمى جيش الفتح وهو تجمع لفصائل معارضة مسلحة إضافة إلى تنظيم جبهة النصرة وتتواجد المقرات التابعة لجيش الفتح على أطراف المدينة.
