مقدمة
تمييز هذا الشهر بتصعيد هجمات القوات الروسية، التي دخلت كقوة رئيسة إضافية فاعلة في سوريا، وبلغت نسبة الضحايا من الأطفال والنساء الذين قتلوا على يد القوات الحكومية والقوات الروسية الموالية لها 32% من مجموع الضحايا المدنيين الذين قتلتهم تلك القوات، وهذا مؤشر واضح على عشوائية القصف واستهداف المناطق السكنية على نحو مقصود.
