الملخص التنفيذي
خلال شهر آب سجلنا في الشبكة السورية لحقوق الإنسان ما لايقل عن 87 حادثة استهداف لمنشآت حيوية، توزعت حسب الجهة الفاعلة علی النحو التالي:
ألف: القوات الحكومية (الجيش، الأمن، الميليشيات المحلية، الميليشيات الشيعية الأجنبية): 72
باء: التنظيمات الإسلامية المتشددة:
تنظيم داعش (يطلق على نفسه اسم الدولة الإسلامية): 7
تاء: فصائل المعارضة المسلحة: 8
