The Violations Documentation Center in Syria (VDC) has said in its

that the Islamic State in Iraq and the Levant Daesh (ISIL) has targeted

city in northern Syria, administratively part of the Azaz District of the
Aleppo Governorate, with dozens of mortar and artillery shells, which
appeared to have been loaded with chemical and toxic substances. The medical
cadres in the city said that “mustard gas” was most likely used in those
attacks.

depended on several testimonies conducted with members of the medical
personnel who treated the casualties, members of civil defense teams who
rushed to the targeted area to evacuate the wounded and with the injured
themselves. All of the interviewees confirmed that a stinky smell prevailed
the targeted areas and that the injured exhibited symptoms including
respiratory difficulties, runny noses and teary red eyes.

The most recent military operations launched by the ISIL have led to the
displacement of hundreds of families from the villages in the northern parts
of Aleppo countryside, particularly from Marea city. According to a report
made by Aleppo Humanitarian Emergency Room (by which they provided our
center), about 1410 displaced families were documented by names. Other
hundreds of families have fled to the borderline with Turkey fear of
potential attacks and massacres by ISIL Daesh

تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية/داعش قد أقدم بتاريخ 21 آب 2015 على قصف مدينة مارع في
الريف الشمالي لمحافظة حلب بعشرات قذائف الدبابات التي يبدو أنّها كانت محمّلة
بغازات كمياوية وسامّة أفادت الكوادر الطبّية في المدينة أنّه من المرجح أن
يكون الغاز المستخدم هو غاز الخردل.

إلى العديد من الشهادات التي تمّ إجراؤها سواء مع الكوادر الطبيّة التي استقبلت
المصابين أو رجال الدفاع المدني الذين هرعوا إلى مكان الحادث مباشرة لإجلاء
المصابين أو مع المصابين أنفسهم، حيث أكدّ جميع من قابلهم المركز أنّ رائحة
كريحة جداً كانت تفوح من الأماكن التي تمّ استهدافها، وظرهت أعراض غريبة على
المصابين في البداية تمثلت في ضيق التنفس وسيلان في الأنف ودموع وإحمرار في
العينين.

وكانت العمليات العسكرية الأخير التي شنّها تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية/داعش قد سبب
في نزوح وهجرة مئات العائلات من قرى ريف حلب الشمالي ومدينة مارع تحديداً،
فبحسب تقرير لغرفة طوارئ حلب الإنسانية (والتي زودت المركز به) فقد بلغ عدد
العائلات النازحة المسجّلة بالإسم (1410) عائلات، وهناك مئات العائلات الأخرى
التي نزحت إلى الشريط الحدودي مع تركيا خوفاً من هجمات ومجازر محتملة من قبل
تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية/داعش.

Element> القرار (2170) في جلسته (7242) المعقودة في 15 آب 2014 تحت الفصل
السابع حيث شجب في فقرته الأولى بأشدّ العبارات الأعمال الإرهابية التي يرتكبها
تنظيم الدولة الإسلامية في العراق والشام وأفكاره المتطرفة العنيفة، واستمرار
خروقاته الجسمية والمنهجية والواسعة النطاق لحقوق الإنسان وانتهاك القانون
الإنساني الدولي.
