*To save the detainees referred to field courts *

Violation Documentation Center in Syria was apprised- from reliable
sources- that a number of detainees in the Deposit Lockup at the Central
Prison of Adra have been transferred to field courts where they can either
be sentenced to death or sent to Sidnaya Military Prison for a long prison
terms.

About *250* detainees- mostly revolution's prisoners or civilian
activists- have been in Adra Central Prison for months in favor of the
secret illegal field courts.

On 17/08/2013 thirty detainees were transferred to a field court, and
their destinies are still unknown till the moment.

On 09.18.2013 other thirty detainees were also transferred to field
courts, when the detainees carried out a hunger strike in rejection of the
transfer and the unknown fate awaiting the detainees transferred. Then,
hundreds of agents from the Raid Detachment went in and started beating the
detainees severely and brutally before they took 24 of them to field trial
and six others to solitary confinement.

* VDC* in Syria appeals urgently to save the detainees in the Deposit
Lockup in favor of the field courts in Adra Central Prison, and states that
these military trials are absolutely secret that even the detainees do not
get to know the verdicts issued against them, which are mostly death
sentences or long term prison sentences in Sidnaya Military Prison.

*لإنقاذ المعتقلين المحالين إلى المحاكم الميدانية*

علم مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا من مصادر موثوقة أنه بدأ تحويل عدد من
المعتقلين في قسم الإيداع في سجن عدرا المركزي إلى المحاكم الميدانية، حيث
تنتظرهم أحكام بالإعدام أو النقل إلى سجن صيدنايا العسكري بعد صدور أحكام
مديدة بالسجن.

ويوجد نحو 250 معتقل مودعين في سجن عدرا المركزي منذ أشهر طويلة لصالح المحاكم
الميدانية السرية واللاشرعية جميعهم من معتقلي الثورة، ومن النشطاء
المدنيين، وبتاريخ
17-8-2013 جرى تحويل ثلاثين معتقلاً إلى المحكمة الميدانية، ولا يعلم أحد عن
مصيرهم شيء منذ تاريخه.

وبتاريخ 18-9-2013 جرت إحالة ثلاثين معتقلاً آخرا إلى المحاكم الميدانية،
وقد قام المعتقلون يومها بتنفيذ استعصاء رفضا للإحالة وما ينتظرهم من مصير
مجهول، فدخل مئات العناصر من سرية المداهمة وأبرحوهم ضرباً وتنكيلاً قبل أن
يسوقوا أربع وعشرين منهم إلى المحاكمة الميدانية وستة معتقلين آخرين إلى
المنفردات

مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا يتوجه بمناشدة عاجلة لإنقاذ المعتقلين في
قسم الإيداع لصالح المحاكم الميدانية في سجن عدرا المركزي، ويذكر أن هذه
المحاكم العسكرية سرية بشكل مطلق ولا يتم إبلاغ المعتقلين حتى بأحكامهم، التي
تكون في معظمها أحكاما بالإعدام أو بأحكام السجن المديدة في سجن صيدنايا
العسكري.
