أفاد أحد الُمفرج عنهم مؤخراً من المعتقل - لمركز توثيق الانتهاكات في
سوريا - أن الشاب قتيبة هاشم قنبس - 27 عاماً - محتجز في فرع ( أمن
الدولة - كفرسوسة - دمشق )، حيث تم اعتقاله بتاريخ 23-1-2013 من قبل
قوات الأمن من جامعة دمشق، بسبب نشاطه الإنساني في الثورة منذ بدايتها،
قنبس طالب في كلية الحقوق، سنة ثالثة.
يُذكر أنه من ابناء محافظة درعا، وهذا هو الاعتقال الثاني له خلال
الثورة، حيث كان قد أعتقل من قبل قوات الأمن بتاريخ 29-12-2011 من قبل
فرع الأمن العسكري 215 كفرسوسة - دمشق، حيث تعرض للتعذيب الشديد مما أدى
إلى كسر ضلعين من أضلاع القفص الصدري عنده، ليتم تحويله إلى القضاء
العسكري بعد 20 يوماً بتهم كثيرة منها: تحقير رئيس الدولة، و التظاهر
والتواصل مع فضائيات معادية.
وذكر المصدر نفسه أنه في حالة صحية سيئة للغاية نتيجة للتعذيب الذي تلقاه في
اعتقاله الأول، وأنه يعاني من نقص شديد في الوزن نتيجة قلة الطعام وقلة
الإهتمام والرعاية الصحية.

Kotaiba Hasehm Qunboz Detained second time detention

A detainee who was released recently informed the Violations documentation
center in Syria that he met a young man named : Kotaiba Hasehm Qunboz – A
27 year old from the city of Daraa currently in the custody of the state
security intelligence in Kafar-Soseh- Damascus since the 27th of January
this year, Kotaiba is a third year student in the Faculty of law at
Damascus university where he was arrested due to his activities in the
humanitarian field .

It is worth mentioning that this is his second arrest, as he was first
arrested back in 29th of December 2011 by the Military's Security
intelligence branch 215 in Damascus-kafar-sosah , when he was subjected to
sever torture that led to breaking two of his ribs, that is when he was
transferred to a Military's court after being in detention for almost 20
days, the court has charged him with : insulting the head of the state ,
taking part in demonstrations and being in contact with tendentious
Satellite channels ( In reference to Al-jazeera & Al-Arabiya ) .

Same source informed us that Kotaiba is in a very bad physical condition
due to the brutal torture that he was subjected to on his first arrest,
and said that he has lost lots of weight due to the maltreatment and lack
of food and medical attention.
