  وقائع محاكمة رئيس وأعضاء المركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير SCM دمشق 26-6-2013 مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا مثّل اليوم؛الأربعاء 26-6-2013 أمام قاضي جنايات محكمة الإرهاب في دمشق، أعضاء المركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير SCM، وهم السيد: مازن درويش، رئيس المركز، والمدون حسين غرير، والناشط هاني الزيتاني، الذين ما زالوا قيد الإعتقال في سجن عدرا المركزي، إضافة إلى الزملاء: محمد منصور العمري، وعبدالرحمن حمادة اللذان كانا قد تمّ إخلاء سبيلهما بتاريخ 6-2-2013 على أن يُحاكموا وهم طلقاء، حيث خصصت جلسة اليوم أيضاً لبيان مطالبة النيابة العامة للمحكمة. وقد تمّ تأجيل الجلسة مرة أخرى حتى تاريخ 21-8-2013, لنفس السبب السابق , حيث كانت النيابة العامة قد طالبت في الجلسة السابقة بتاريخ ( 19-5-2013 ) احضار الوثائق وأجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تم حجزها من قبل فرع المخابرات الجوية - إدارة التحقيق - مطار المزة العسكري، بعد مداهمته مقر المركز بتاريخ 16-2-2012 ، حيث كانت قد قررت المحكمة توجية كتاب الى هذا الفرع لتسليم المحكمة المحجوزات. وتم تأجيل الجلسة مرة أخرى الى تاريخ 21-8-2013 ويذكر أن قاضي التحقيق الأول في محكمة الإرهاب, كان قد أصدر بتاريخ 27 شباط 2013 قراراً يتضمن: "اتهام المدعي عليهم بجناية الترويج للاعمال الارهابية" وإحالتهم الى محكمة الجنايات بناء على المادة /8/ من قانون الارهاب رقم/19/ لعام 2012الذي صدر بتاريخ 28 حزيران 2012 حيث تنص المادة الثامنة منه على "جناية الترويج للأعمال الإرهابية": "يُعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة كل من قام بتوزيع المطبوعات أوالمعلومات المخزنة، مهما كان شكلها، بقصد الترويج لوسائل الإرهاب أوالأعمال الإرهابية، وتنزل العقوبة نفسها بكل من أدار أواستعمل موقعاً إلكترونياً لهذا الغرض" ويذكر أنّ دورية تابعة لفرع المخابرات الجوية - إدارة التحقيق - فرع مطار المزة العسكري. قامت بتاريخ 16-2-2012 بمداهمة المركز بدون وجود أي مذكرة قانونية، وتم اعتقال جميع العاملين والزائرين فيه. كذلك قاموا بمصادرة جميع موجودات المكتب. SCM Head and members' Trial Procedures Adjourned once again ------------------------- SCM Head and members' Trial Procedures Adjourned once again 26th June 2013 VDC-Violations Documentation Centre Wednesday 26th June 2013, SCM head Mazen Darwish, activist Hani Zetani and blogger Hussen Ghrair, who are detained in Adra, the Central Prison of Damascus, were brought before the judge of counterterrorism criminal court in Damascus in absence of Journalist Mhd Mansour Alomari and Abdel Rahman Hamada who were released on bail on 6th Feb 2103. Today's session were assigned for public prosecution claim. The session was adjourned again to 21st August 2013 for the same reason of the last adjourning from 19th May 2013 to 26th June 2013, that public prosecution demanded for the second time the documents and computers that were confiscated by air force intelligence in Mezzeh when they raided SCM office on 16th Feb 2012. The first investigation judge of counterterrorism court accused SCM five members of "promoting terrorist acts" and referred them to the criminal court under the article No. 8 of terrorism law No. 19, 28th 2012 Article no.8 Promotion of terrorist acts: Punishable by imprisonment with hard labor for the distribution of publications or information stored in whatever form with a view to promoting the means of terrorism or terrorist acts, and the same penalty to both who managed or used an electronic website for this purpose. On 16th Feb 2012, Air force intelligence raided SCM office and arrested all workers and visitors and confiscated all assists from the office with no legal warrant.
