  وقائع استمرار جلسات محاكمة نشطاءالمركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير The new proceedings of the court session for the activists of the Syrian center for media and freedom of expression مثّل يوم الأحد بتاريخ 19-5-2013 أمام قاضي جنايات محكمة الإرهاب في دمشق، أعضاء المركز السوري للإعلام وحرية التعبير SCM، وهم السيد: مازن درويش، رئيس المركز، والمدون حسين غرير، والناشط هاني الزيتاني، الذين ما زالوا قيد الإعتقال في سجن عدرا المركزي، إضافة إلى الزملاء: محمد منصور العمري، وعبدالرحمن حمادة اللذان كانا قد تمّ إخلاء سبيلهما بتاريخ 6-2-2013 على أن يُحاكموا وهم طلقاء، حيث خصصت جلسة اليوم لبيان مطالبة النيابة العامة للمحكمة. وقد طالبت النيابة العامة احضار الوثائق وأجهزة الكمبيوتر التي تم حجزها من قبل فرع المخابرات الجوية - إدارة التحقيق - مطار المزة العسكري، بعد مداهمته مقر المركز بتاريخ 16-2-2012 ، وقررت المحكمة توجية كتاب الى هذا الفرع لتسليم المحكمة المحجوزات. وتم تأجيل الجلسة الى تاريخ 26-6-2013. ويذكر أن قاضي التحقيق الأول في محكمة الإرهاب, كان قد أصدر بتاريخ 27 شباط 2013 قراراً يتضمن: "اتهام المدعي عليهم بجناية الترويج للاعمال الارهابية" وإحالتهم الى محكمة الجنايات بناء على المادة /8/ من قانون الارهاب رقم/19/ لعام 2013 الذي صدر بتاريخ 28 حزيران 2013 حيث تنص المادة الثامنة منه على "جناية الترويج للأعمال الإرهابية": "يُعاقب بالأشغال الشاقة المؤقتة كل من قام بتوزيع المطبوعات أوالمعلومات المخزنة، مهما كان شكلها، بقصد الترويج لوسائل الإرهاب أوالأعمال الإرهابية، وتنزل العقوبة نفسها بكل من أدار أواستعمل موقعاً إلكترونياً لهذا الغرض" ويذكر أنّ دورية تابعة لفرع المخابرات الجوية - إدارة التحقيق - فرع مطار المزة العسكري. قامت بتاريخ 16-2-2012 بمداهمة المركز بدون وجود أي مذكرة قانونية، وتم اعتقال جميع العاملين والزائرين فيه. كذلك قاموا بمصادرة جميع موجودات المكتب. ---------------------------------- The new proceedings of the court session for the activists of the Syrian center for media and freedom of expression The following Members of the Syrian center for media and freedom of expression (Mr. Mazen Darwish the head of the center, Blogger Hussien Ghreier , Activist Hani Zaitani ) were presented in front of the criminal court's judge on Sunday 19th of may 2013, knowing that the detainees are kept in detention in Adraa's Central Prison, while other members of the center, Mohammad Mansour Alomar and Abd Elrahman Hamada were released in the 6th of February this year, so to be prosecuted at large, and this session was designated to announce the statement made by the court's public prosecutor The public prosecutor has demanded to bring the documents and computers that were retained earlier by the an air force intelligence unit, which raided the center's office last year on the 16th of February, and the court has decided of directing a claim to this branch to hand over the Collectibles that were retained during the raid. And the session was postponed till the 26th of June. It is noteworthy to know that the first magistrate in the court of terrorism has issued a memorandum in the 27th of February that holds the following command: Accusing the defendants of the felony of promoting acts of terrorism, and referring them accordingly to the criminal court based on the 8th article of the terrorism act, previously issued on the 28th of June, 2012 As the 8th article of the act states: anyone who proved to be involved in distributing publications or any type of stored information of any form in the purpose of promoting any form or act of terrorism, will be punished of temporary hard labor, and the same penalty will be applied on anyone who proved to be administering or using any website that support this cause It is worth mentioning in this concern that an air force intelligence's patrol of the investigation’s department of AlMezzah Military airport has raided the office of the center in the 16th of February last year without having a legal warrant, and accordingly they have arrested all the center’s staff and visitors present at that time, as well as confiscating all the assets in the office Violation Documentation Center in Syria E-mail: editor@vdc-sy.org Web-sit: www.vdc-sy.org Face book: www.facebook.com/vdcsy Twitter: twitter.com/VDC_Syria
