  بيان صحفي - مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا Violations Documentation Center - press statement --------------------------------- يآتي التصريح الصحفي الذي آدلت به ( كارلا ديل بونتي، عضو لجنة التحقيق المستقلة التابعة للامم المتحدة بشأن جرائم الحرب وانتهاكات حقوق الانسان الاخرى في سوريا) بمثابة ( استباق لنتائج لجنة التحقيق ) حيث أنّه جاء قبل صدرو أي تقرير رسمي من اللجنة يوضح ماهية الآدلة والشهادات التي جمعت والنتائج التي توصل اليها. لم يكن من المنتظر آن يتم التعامل مع ملف حساس ودقيق كاستخدام الآسلحة الكيماوية في سوريا بهذه الطريقة الساذجة وخاصة من قبل فريق تحقيق محترف تابع للآمم المتحدة من المفترض أن يتمتع بدرجة عالية من المهنية في التعامل مع مثل هكذا ملفات. تجاهل التصريح أيضاً جميع الحالات التي جرى توثيقها من قبل الحقوقيين والنشطاء الميدانيين في الداخل السوري حول استخدام النظام للغازات السامة وشهادات العديد من الآطباء والضحايا. إن مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا VDC يآسف لهذا التصريح الذي يضع عمل اللجنة على المحك ويطالب بتوضيح رسمي من قبل اللجنة حول التصريح المذكور. للإطلاع على كامل التصريح http://ara.reuters.com/article/topNews/idARACAE9B2DH020130505 -------------------------------------- Violations Documentation Center - press statement The press statement delivered by Carla Del Bontii, a member of the UN Independent Investigation Committee on War Crimes and other Human Rights Violations in Syria, is an anticipation of the Committee's findings since it was issued before any formal report of the Committee illustrating the gathered evidences and testimonies and the results found. A highly experienced UN Investigation Team, supposedly professional in handling such profiles, wasn't expected to handle the sensitive and tricky profile of the usage of chemical weapons in Syria in such a naïve way. The statement also turned a blind eye to all the cases documented by legal and field activists in Syria on the regime's usage of the toxic gases, and the many testimonies of doctors and victims.
