  الصحفي( معاذ محي الدين الخالد ) أكثر من عشرة أشهر قيد الاعتقال التعسفي. --------------- Journalist : Moaz Mohi El-deen Al-khaled, under arbitrary detention for more than 10 months now ------------ بتاريخ 4 حزيران 2012 قبل أكثر من عشرة أشهر، قامت دورية تابعة للأمن السياسي - فرع منطقة الميسات - باقتحام منزل الناشط الإعلامي والصحفي: معاذ الخالد - 23 عام ، في منطقة مساكن بدمشق، وذلك على خلفية اتهامه بالمشاركة والتغطية الإعلامية للمظاهرات التي كانت تخرج في الحي بالإضافة إلى نشاطه السلمي. معاذ الخالد طالب في كلية الإعلام - سنة ثالثة - جامعة دمشق، من أبناء الجولان المحتل، انقطعت أخباره لعدة أشهر بعد الاعتقال، إلى أن فاد أحد المفرج عنهم لمركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا VDC - والذي رافق الخالد في المعتقل - بتحويله من فرع الميسات إلى فرع فلسطين - الأمن العسكري - وذكر المصدر نفسه أنه تعرض للتعذيب الشديد وفقد الكثر من وزنه نتيجة سوء التغذية في الأمن السياسي - الميسات - ثم تواردت بعض الأنباء عن تحويله إلى قيادة الشرطة بدمشق، إلى أن أكدّ أحد اصدقائه المقربين إلى تحويله لسجن عدرا المركزي، وحبسه في ( الإيداع الأمني )؛ وهو مكان يتم وضع المعتقلين المحولين من الأفرع الأمنية فيه، وذلك دون تحويلهم إلى القضاء، وهم موجودون لصالح الأفرع الأمنية التي حولوا منها، وقد يبقون هناك عدة أشهر بمعزل عن أجنحة السجن الأخرى، إلى أن يتم تحويلهم إلى سجن صيدنايا أو إلى القضاء العسكري أو المدني. www.vdc-sy.info/index.php/ar/details/detainees/26131 ------------------------- On the 4th of June 2012, A Political Security Patrol of Maisat Neighborhood’s branch has raided the home of the writer and media activist: Moaz Al-khaled, 23 years old in “Masaken “Area in the capital, the raid was carried out on the background of accusing Moaz of providing media coverage for the peaceful demonstration in his neighborhood, as well as his political activism Moaz is a third year student in the faculty of media at Damascus university, descending from the Occupied Golan area, many months have passed with no information on him, till recently one of the released detainees who met moaz, has told the VDC that he was transferred to Palestine Security branch, and then later on to the Military security’s branch where he was severely tortured and lost lots of weight due to malnutrition he was subjected to at the political security branch in Maisat, the source added that news came out recently that he was transferred to the headquarter of Police Administration in Damascus. One of Moaz close friends have confirmed later that he was transferred to the central prison of Adraa, to be imprisoned in a ward designated for the security branches' detainees, the place where detainees are kept without being formally submitted to trial, and where they can be held for many months in a complete isolation of other prison wards, till they are finally transferred either to Saidnaya Prison, a civil or a military court. Knowing that through this period family visits are rarely allowed.
