  أكثر من 400 يوم في المعتقل للمتظاهر السلمي علي أحمد وطفة A peaceful disabled protestor in detention for more than 400 days. المعتقل الشاب علي أحمد وطفة ذو الثلاثة والثلاثين عاماً من أبناء مدينة مصياف، محافظة حماه ، لم تمنعه الإعاقة في مشاركة أبناء وطنه في ثورتهم ثورة الكرامة، حيث كان من النشطاء الأوائل الذين واكبو الثورة السلمية منذ بدايتها، إلى أن قامت دورية تابعة لفرع الأمن العسكري و بتاريخ 4-2-2012 باعتقال أحمد وايداعه في أحد أقبيتهم الأمنية، ثم قامت بتحويله بتاريخ 22-4-2013 أي بعد أكثر من 60 يوماً - المدة القانونية التي يسمح بها القانون لاحتجاز أي شخص على ذمة التحقيق - بتحويله إلى القضاء العسكري في حمص، حيث تم ايداعه في سجن حمص المركزي، إلى أن تم تحويله بتاريخ 10-7-2012 إلى سجن حماه المركزي، حيث مازال موجوداً هناك حتى تاريخ كتابة هذا التقرير. http://www.vdc-sy.info/index.php/ar/details/detainees/24607 --------------------------------------------- A peaceful disabled protestor in detention for more than 400 days Disability wasn’t to stop the 33 year old Ali ahmad watfa from taking part in the dignity uprising with his counterparts of the neighborhood in his hometown ( Mesiaf , in Hama province ) , where he was one of the pioneer activists who started the peaceful demonstration back in the first few months of the revolution That kept going Till the day Ali was arrested on the 4th of February last year by a military security patrol. they kept him in detention till 22 of April ( after being held in custody for more than 60 days : which is the maximum period set by law for detaining anyone ) , that is when he was submitted to the military’s court in Homs which in turn imprisoned him in Homs Central prison, and later on he was transferred o Hama Central Prison on 10th of July 2012 , where he resides today till the moment this statement was made. http://www.vdc-sy.info/index.php/ar/details/detainees/24607 ------------------------------------------------------------ Violation Documentation Center in Syria E-mail: editor@vdc-sy.org Web-sit: www.vdc-sy.org Face book: www.facebook.com/vdcsy Twitter: twitter.com/VDC_Syria
