  شكوك حول اعدام أحد الأطباء في سجن صيدنايا‎ / Suspicions surrounding summary execution of a Syrian doctor in Saidnaya prison -------------------------------------------------------------------------- بعد نشر نبأ استشهاد طبيب معتقل تحت التعذيب، وردت إلى مركز توثيق الانتهاكات في سوريا شهادة تفيد بأن الطبيب قد يكون أعدم بعد محاكمته ميدانيا في سجن صيدنايا . حيث ورد نبأ استشهاد الطبيب محمد نور الدين الزعتر، من أهالي مدينة التل بريف دمشق، بعد اعتقاله بتاريخ 30-1-2013 من قبل فرع المنطقة رقم (227). لكن معتقلا مفرج عنه مؤخرا أفاد بأنه التقى بالشهيد الذي جرى نقله إلى شعبة المخابرات العسكرية (291) وبقي هناك عدة أيام وكان التحقيق معه منتهيا. ثم جرى تحويله إلى سجن صيدنايا العسكري لعرضه على المحكمة الميدانية العسكرية بتهمة إنشاء مشفى ميداني، حيث حكم بالإعدام ونفذ فيه الحكم وفقا للشاهد نفسه. مع العلم أن جثمان الشهيد لم يسلم لذويه حتى اللحظة. http://www.vdc-sy.info/index.php/ar/details/martyrs/73309 --------------------------------------------------------------------------- After publishing that Dr. Mohammad N. Z. was killed under torture, VDC received a testimony that Dr. Z might have been summary-executed by a verdict issued through a field court in Saidnaya prison. VDC published that Dr. Z, al-Tal city, was killed under torture after his arrest on 30 Jan 2013 by Branch no 227. Consequently, another prisoner who has been just released from Saidnaya prison testified that he met with Dr. Z, and that the later was transferred to Military Intelligence Branch (no. 291) where he was detained for a few days after concluding the investigation. Dr. Z was later moved to Saidnaya prison to be tried before a field military court for establishing a makeshift hospital, for which he received the death penalty sentence.
