  Urgent Action about the detainee Mohammad Anwar Lutfi Aldabbas: Mohammad Anwar Lutfi Aldabbas was arrested from the national hospital in Daryya, Damascus County on January, 1st, 2012. Mohammad is a peaceful activist and he participated in many demonstrations in Daryya, Damascus County before. The last one was on Sunday January, 1st, 2011 when he was shot by the air force security at his back and the bullet stayed in his lung. Mohammad was in the national hospital and he was in the operation room under anesthesia when a group of the air force security men raided the hospital and they kidnapped him. Mohammad Aldabbas is in a critical health situation right now and he is under big risk of receiving bad treatment, being tortured and maybe killed. While we held the Syrian regime accountable of any harm may affect Mohammad Aldabbas, we would like to mention that Mohammad's brother in law Ghiath Matar was killed in custody on September, 10th, 2011 in the air force security branch after his arrest on September, 6th, 2011 and he was tortured to death.
