Gunfire and artillery shells throughout yesterday’s night in the centre of the city **** 2. Flames and black some rise from all the main street (Al-Thawara street) in the early morning**** 3. Big number of checkpoints in all main streets of the city, that is; each checkpoint is 200 meters far from the other**** 4. Big number of residents left their homes and fled **** 5. Occupation of a lot of homes, looting and damaging them by Shabiha and #Asaad army**** 6. We receive from military sources that clashes took place between Asaad’s forces and the Free Syrian Army at the borders of the city, where they caused extensive damage for Asaad’s battalions**** 7. Arrests still continued till the moment without distinguishing between adults and children **** 8. Schools are full of detainees who are being transferred in batches to the air security branch to be tortured **** 9. 20 children were executed yesterday in cold blood, where they were taken from their homes in pretext of investigation and families were told that they will be returned back later on, but they were murdered near the military consumption corporation**** 10. More than 50 tanks headed to Al Houla, in addition, another big number headed to other cities of Homs**** 11. The international autostrade (Homs-Hama) is still blocked **** 12. Entrance and exist from Rastan is not allowed **** ** ** · *The humanitarian situation:* * * 1. Electricity and all kinds of communications are completely cut off, partial cut-off of water**** 2. Residents are unable to move and bring their essential needs**** 3. Big number of remnants of exploded and non exploded shells in streets and homes, and spread of damage and litter in the streets which threatens the occurrence and epidemic disease that may kill many people**** 4. A tightened curfew in the city that threatens everybody moves in the streets**** 5. Loss of heart , diabetes medications and big number of drugs as a result of burning pharmacies**** 6. Ration materials began to finish in the sixth day of siege, frozen food become rot**** 7. People are not able to get infants’ milk and medicines **** 8. All groceries and their contents have been looted by Shabiha and security forces and they are preventing delivering ration materials to the city**** 9. Many families are residing outdoors after their homes were occupied, and are not being able to reconquest their homes and therefore they are homeless **** 10. Gold shops and money were looted by Shabiha and security forces during inspection ****
